๐Ÿงฉ Having a caregiver model perfectionistic behaviours.โ 
๐Ÿงฉ Having a caregiver routinely express disapproval when your efforts donโ€™t measure up to their expectations.โ 
๐Ÿงฉ Frequent fear of disapproval from others.โ 
๐Ÿงฉ Personality style that is higher in conscientiousness and rigidity.โ
